Diane Massé

Diane Massé is a Senior Consultant with Odgers Canada, based in the Montreal office.

She brings extensive, proven experience in executive search and communications. Prior to joining Odgers, Diane worked with leading executive search firms, where she led complex assignments for senior leadership and executive roles across the private, public, and broader public sectors.

Diane is involved across the full executive recruitment value chain and partners closely with clients to deliver consistent excellence in service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for both clients and candidates.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Communications and Journalism from Université Paris VIII, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from CNAM in Paris. She also serves on the board of a community organization dedicated to supporting the inclusion of newcomers to Quebec.
