Ewa Baranek

At Odgers, Ewa is a Partner in the Warsaw office, where she focuses on senior executive and C-level assignments within the Technology, Professional Services, and Media& Entertainment sectors.

Ewa brings nearly two decades of experience in executive search, having worked across all levels of the profession since 2006. Before joining Odgers, she spent several years at Amrop, which she joined in 2018. She was an active member of Amrop’s Digital & Technology and Professional Services Practices.

Her sector of expertise includes Telecommunications, High Tech, Payments, E-commerce, and broader Digital Transformation leadership. She has deep insight into leadership needs across disruptive and innovation-driven environments.

Ewa holds an MA in Social Psychology from SWPS University in Warsaw. She is also an alumna of postgraduate and executive development programs from the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), and Stanford University.
