Sana Iqbal is a Senior Consultant with Odgers, based in Toronto.
She supports executive search mandates across sectors, with a particular focus on the public sector and highly regulated environments. Sana is involved in candidate identification, market mapping, and client engagement, with an emphasis on building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines. She brings more than a decade of experience supporting complex, high-profile leadership searches.
Prior to joining Odgers, Sana worked across executive search and talent acquisition, supporting mandates within government, healthcare, post-secondary education, infrastructure, technology, private equity, industrial, and consumer sectors. She has led leadership hiring initiatives across North America, South Asia, and the Asia-Pacific region within both a global asset management firm and a Meta-backed startup.
Sana holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources Management at the University of Guelph and is working toward her CHRL designation.
