Kristen Manning is a Principal, Service Delivery with Odgers, based in Toronto.

She specializes in assessing and developing senior-level talent across a wide range of industries in both the private and public sectors.

Kristen is passionate about finding top talent and is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service. She brings diverse industry experience, having previously worked for a boutique executive search firm, where she had a national focus within retail, consumer goods, industrial and financial services sectors.

She holds a Bachelor of Business and Society, with a focus on human and labour relations, from York University.
