Kate

She is responsible for developing talent pools for critical interim executive roles, identifying professional talent for mid-level positions, and supporting project delivery requirements.  

Prior to joining Odgers Canada, Kate was part of a global talent service provider supporting clients across not-for-profit, public sector, and for-profit organizations, and was responsible for leading mid to senior level searches for full-time and interim needs. Previously, Kate was in senior talent acquisition roles at organizations within healthcare, marketing, and hospitality.

Kate completed a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Sociology at McMaster University before completing her Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at George Brown.
