Jean-François Boudreault

Jean François Boudreault is a Partner at Odgers, where he works within the firm’s Executive Search practice serving the Québec region.

In this role, he supports organizations of all sizes in identifying, assessing, and attracting senior leaders and executives. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, including the services sector, as well as public, parapublic, and government organizations, enabling him to accurately understand the strategic, organizational, and human challenges facing Québec-based institutions.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources management, Jean‑François has held several strategic leadership roles throughout his career. He has distinguished himself through his leadership in executive search mandates, as well as through his work in supporting organizations with their organizational development strategies. He has led and delivered numerous projects related to succession planning, talent management, career transition and management, psychometric assessment, and pay equity. Recognized for his business acumen, rigor, sound judgment, and energy, he stands out for his ability to deliver tailored, value-added solutions to his clients.

Jean‑François holds a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Industrial Relations from Université Laval, which forms the foundation of his expertise in human resources and organizational governance.
