Christine Lalonde

With over twenty years of experience in recruitment, Christine is known for her ability to develop strong relationships, her authenticity and collaborative approach. Over the years, she has developed a strong understanding of what it means to be a partner, providing strategic support, understanding the organizational context and cultivating excellence in the client and candidate experience.

Prior to joining Odgers, Christine has worked as Director, Executive Recruitment and Advisory Services with Groupe Millésime where she led full cycle recruitment and conducted structured behavioural interviews. Christine has led talent management teams over the past 15 years and is seasoned at providing strategic consulting and maintaining lasting business relationships with clients in various industries.

A graduate of the Human Resources management program at HEC Montréal, Christine has an interest in psychometric assessment and is certified in SuccessFinder and AtmanPro. Christine also completed L’Effet A, a program that aims to propel women’s professional engagement and support companies toward workplace equality
