Prior to joining Odgers, she worked within a leading global consulting environment in India where she partnered closely with senior leadership on executive operations, PMO coordination, stakeholder engagement, governance, and strategic business support.

With extensive international exposure across MENA, Europe and APAC regions, Alice brings strong expertise in executive office management, cross-border coordination, leadership reporting, and driving operational efficiency within fast-paced, high-performance organizations. She holds a Degree in Bachelors of Commerce from the Delhi University in India.
