2 min read

Montréal, Québec — April 1, 2026 — Odgers Canada today announced that it has acquired Auray, a respected executive search firm based in Québec with a long standing reputation for excellence and deep expertise across the provincial market.

This acquisition represents a significant step in Odgers’ national growth strategy.

“Strengthening our presence in Québec to better serve the market was a strategic imperative for Odgers in 2026,” said Brad Beveridge, CEO, Odgers Canada. “Acquiring Auray positions us to advance that priority in a meaningful way. The Auray team brings exceptional talent, strong client relationships, and a proven reputation across the province—exactly what we need to build capacity and continue delivering a high value client experience.”

“The acquisition strengthens the combined firm’s ability to serve clients,” said Philippe Burton, Managing Partner, Odgers in Québec. “For Auray’s clients, continuity remains a top priority. They will continue working with their existing, trusted advisors, and service levels and relationships will remain fully intact. The high touch, collaborative approach that Auray is known for will also continue without interruption.”

At the same time, Auray’s clients will gain access to enhanced capabilities through Odgers. These include deeper C suite recruitment expertise and broader leadership advisory and recruitment services, such as leadership assessment, executive and team coaching, succession advisory, board advisory, and interim management. Clients will also benefit from a global candidate network spanning 33 countries.

Odgers clients will also benefit from the expanded capabilities. Auray brings deep public sector expertise, broad market knowledge across Québec, and increased capacity in a high growth region. The addition of Auray’s Québec City office means Odgers will now operate two offices in Québec, significantly strengthening its regional footprint.
