Tania Pittoors

Tania specialises in senior executive search with a particular focus on Strategy, Digital, Change, and HR leadership roles across a broad range of industries.

She is also a member of the HR Functional Practice and the Talent Leadership Consulting Team. 

Prior to joining Odgers, Tania spent over 20 years in consultancy, advising a wide range of clients across banking and insurance, telecom, FMCG, energy and the public sector. She has worked with both Belgian and international organisations. 

She has built extensive business and leadership experience through her roles as Partner and Head of People at KPMG Advisory, Business Consulting Director within an HR Technology firm, Senior Manager at Accenture Strategy, and at Procter & Gamble. 

She holds a Master's Degree in Management from Antwerp Management School, as well as a Master in Latin, Greek and Italian from the Universities of Ghent and Bologna.

A native Dutch speaker, Tania is fluent in French, English and German.
