Camille Gillon

Camille advises senior leaders and boards on executive and strategic leadership appointments.

She plays a central role in Odgers’ work across financial services and leads the firm’s insurance practice. She also brings strong functional expertise in HR and Digital Transformation, which she applies across a broad range of sectors beyond financial services.

Before joining Odgers, Camille built a substantial career in banking and insurance, including ten years at Belfius Bank and Insurance and fourteen years at AXA Insurance, working closely with C‑level leaders and executive committees. Her successive leadership roles spanned strategy, operations, transformation, culture and people functions. This trajectory gave her deep familiarity with diverse corporate cultures, governance models and strategic environments, while strengthening her expertise in leadership development, succession planning, organisational design, and team effectiveness. She has also collaborated extensively with nomination and remuneration committees.

Camille holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Louvain School of Management. She is fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
