Unilever’s ANZ & APAC Chief Human Resources Officer on Leading Through Ambiguity
From the initial conversation through the process, Alistair was clear, considerate, responsive, and professional. Senior hiring processes are often lengthy and challenging. Alistair managed it very well, keeping communication moving and maintaining strong focus on the client and candidate fit.
It was great to work with Alistair and the Odgers team, both in Sydney and London. Alistair was a great sounding board throughout the process, and his insight and perspective on the opportunity were very valuable.
