Veronica Machula

Veronica is a Consultant at the Warsaw office of Odgers, where she focuses on Executive Search projects for senior leadership roles.

At Odgers, she specializes in complex recruitment assignments across the CEE and EMEA regions. Her focus includes Managing Director and senior regional roles within the Consumer Goods, Retail, E-Commerce, Pharmaceutical, Digital & Technology, and Professional Services sectors.

Before joining Odgers, Veronica gained her initial experience in Executive Search at the international consulting firm Amrop.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from SWPS University.
