Małgorzata Krystek

At Odgers Malgorzata is responsible for delivering board and C-level recruitment assignments for Financial Services, Consumer Goods, E-Commerce and Management Consulting.  

Prior joining Odgers, Malgorzata worked in the executive search since 2007 and gained experience at top Executive Search local boutiques where she was involved in assignments within in Poland and CEE covering the following sectors: Retail, E-Commerce, Financial Services, Management Consulting and Professional Services.

Malgorzata holds a Master’s degree in English Philology from the University of Warsaw. Additionally, she completed postgraduate studies in HR Management at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
