Sandy leads executive searches for clients in the Digital, Technology, and Professional Services sectors across Greater China. With over 20 years of experience spanning recruitment and technology, she brings a unique blend of commercial and consulting expertise to her role.

In her executive search career, she has specialised in assisting Internet/Technology/tech-enabled companies in building high-performance teams, entering new markets through innovative products, and achieving rapid growth by leveraging new technologies to drive innovative business initiatives.

Prior to her executive search tenure, Sandy spent over a decade in commercial roles focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Partner Management. Her experience spans working with both multinational corporations (MNCs) and local Chinese companies across diverse industries, including Industrial, Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Science, and Financial Services. She has supported these clients in their business transformation and process optimisation efforts through consultative technology solutions.

She also brings startup experience in business model exploration, ecosystem setup, and strategic project management for the IP content business division of a local gaming company, which gives her valuable insights into startup operations.

Sandy is a local Chinese national and a graduate of Shanghai International Studies University, with overseas experience in Japan.
