Sandeep Chaggar

Sandy Chaggar is a Principal Researcher in the Oil & Gas and Industrial Practice. She supports partners and consultants on the delivery of search-led board level, senior management, and technical and business services leadership appointments globally.

With more than 15 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas, broader Energy and wider Industrial sectors, Sandy now applies the knowledge and experience that she has gained throughout her career to manage individual searches and project exercises.

Sandy was born and raised in East Africa moving to the UK to undertake graduate education. She began her career in technology recruitment before moving into executive search in 2007.

Since then, she has worked for a number of boutique executive search companies specialising in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Industrial sectors.

Sandy graduated with a BA Honours in Marketing, from Oxford Brookes University.
