Senior executive with over 30 years of experience in managing B2B and B2C business areas, digital transformation, marketing, ESG, and business development, focused on the consolidation and comprehensive growth of businesses in the consumer goods, industrial, retail, and aquaculture sectors.

CEO of Vitapro and Vice President of Business at Alicorp Soluciones and Alicorp for more than 15 years. 

Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams, promoting strategic vision, innovative thinking, and change management capabilities. His global perspective and leadership have been key to achieving high-impact and sustainable results. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Engineering, an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico, and is a graduate of the Directors Program from Pacífico Business School, IE Business School, and INCAE.

He has been a part-time professor at Universidad del Pacífico, teaching the course “Strategic Branding,” and is currently an Independent Director and active member of Vistage and Conscious Capitalism, as well as a frequent invited panelist at various forums discussing topics such as “Transformational CEO Leadership” and “Family Businesses,” sharing his expertise in conscious leadership and business development.
