Hanita Kargaran

Hanita Kargaran is a Senior Consultant with Odgers.

Based in Toronto, Hanita supports the search for senior executives across a wide range of industries and functions. She thrives in environments with dynamic team collaborations and diversity.

Prior to joining Odgers, Hanita was at Tesla as a Manager supporting their customer experience and operations. She was involved in directing and supporting process development and logistics to streamline product shipments, preparation and delivery of products from California, and progressed in her role to managing sales and operations. 

Hanita has a passion for travelling to unique destinations and connecting with her friends and family during important milestone events. She enjoys helping people reach their full potential, often working with youth leadership programs to boost key confidence and self esteem skills that can be transferable to professional work dynamics.
