Jacqueline Marion

Jacqueline Marion is a National Project Manager and Team Lead based in Toronto.

Working closely with the executive search project team, Jacqueline serves as a key liaison for clients and candidates throughout the search process. She ensures top-level client service and acts as a reliable and consistent resource. In addition to her primary role, Jacqueline co-leads the Executive Search Project Coordination and Management group. In this capacity, she provides the team with the necessary tools, resources, and support to enhance project delivery.

Prior to joining Odgers, Jacqueline was an integral part of the search process for a global talent management firm, specialising in placing leadership and C-Suite executives.

Jacqueline holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Communications from Brock University and a Human Resource Management Certification from Sheridan College.
